NEOTEC offers products and services to electoral authorities since 1989.
There are elections where it is politically important to present reliable, complete and transparent electoral results a few hours after polling stations are closed. NEOTEC has performed this kind of projects successfully, e.g.
Elecciones2003, where the results of the first round for 99.9% of the polling stations were delivered by midnight, 100% could not be reached because ballot counting was finished on the next day on a few conflicting polling stations. For the second round, the results for 100% of the polling stations were delivered by 10PM, 4 hours after polling stations started to close and 2 minutes after the last tally sheet was received at the voting center. 90 minutes after official closing time the results of over 70% of all voting stations were published on the Internet, that is 100% of all voting stations tallied until five minutes before. |
NEOTEC offers to execute projects that provide reliable, quick, complete, exact and transparent electoral results. The service includes, logistics, recruiting, hiring and training personnel, IT infrastructure (servers, computers, printers, scanners, etc.), procurement of telecommunications services, software for tally registration, scanning and transmitting, electoral results Internet portal, contingency planning, supervision and project management.
NEOTEC also offers consulting services for electoral authorities in strategic planning, civil identification, voters list, civil registry and training using E-Learning.
With REGINA electoral authorities can automate the civil and voters registry based on existing registration books. REGINA is a voters list and civil registration software that includes a sophisticated civil identification engine, that relates different records (birth, marriage, voters list, ID Card, etc.) based only in text information available on registration books. This records relation is performed effectively with very few erroneous relations and missed relations. This technology effectively handles common registration problems: registration errors, spelling errors, name writing differences, incomplete records, different forms for the same record and others.
eWatch is a system that supports electoral observation. eWatch offers the electoral observation mission statistics and detailed information from observers immediately, eliminating problems with data collection and processing. The observer copies the observation forms gathered in the field into the system at an Internet cafe of their hotel. eWatch has effectively serviced electoral observation missions for The Carter Center and the Organization of American States (OAS). |
